Refund And Exchange

At TCM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a straightforward refund and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please read our Refund and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within (7) calendar days (hereinafter referred to as “stipulated time”), after receiving the product.

Exchange

Your item is applicable for an exchange if it falls within the following reasons:

- Sizing.

In the case of receiving an incorrect size, the fault being ours, you are eligible to exchange your product with the correct sized pair within the stipulated time.

- Faulty item.

You are entitled to exchange products delivered to you in the event of declining a damaged product/shipment (picture evidence required.)
You can do so within the respective stipulated time.

Disclaimer: Upon delivery, if it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment and send us a picture as a reason for refusal. You will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you have declined the shipment.

- Receiving the incorrect item.

You are entitled to exchange products delivered to you in the event that you have received an incorrect item as an error from our end, within the stipulated time.

Refund

Your item is applicable for a refund if it falls within the following reasons:

(i) Should there be an unavoidable delay in the delivery timeframe due to circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure, the estimated delivery period will be proportionately extended. However, if the provision of service is impeded for more than four weeks due to such circumstances, the customer reserves the right to cancel the order. Please note that in such instances, any additional claims, especially those pertaining to damages, will not be acknowledged.

(ii)the product sought to be purchased is not available or in stock ;
(iii)when there are insufficient guarantees of solvency;
(iv) your order is flagged up by our security systems as unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
Please be aware that reimbursements will be processed using the same payment method that was employed at the time of purchase.

Product Disclaimer:

  1. All of our products are individually made, one piece at a time, hand stitched and finished by hand, therefore each product may differ slightly from the next, as each item is custom made with minimal use of machinery for stitching.
  2. Customized shoes, shoes that have been engraved, visibly worn are not applicable to our refund and exchange policy. Due to the nature of customized shoes, we will not accept them for exchange unless they are faulty upon delivery.
  3. We at TCM make every effort to ensure that the product information provided is correct, and that the colors are displayed as accurately as possible. Due to photographic lighting sources or differences in device screen settings (mobile / desktop), we are unable to guarantee that the color you will see on your screen will completely reflect the true color of the product ordered.
  4. Please be aware that because leather is a natural material, slight discoloration, blemishes, imperfections, scratches, or change in texture may be visible. These imperfections should not be misconstrued as flaws, as this is what makes each item beautiful and unique. As a result the product can vary slightly from the pictures. . It is our company policy that we shall not accept returns on products for any reason where the cause is due to the nature of leather products.
  5. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to clients.
  6. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is eligible for return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
  7. An unauthorized denial of acceptance, outside the scope of our return and exchange policy, of the merchandise shipped by us constitutes breach of contract, entitling TCM to charge the occurring costs / damages amounting to at least 70% of the sale amount.
