HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Ordering at TheCanisMajoris.com, TCM, is a simple process. Just select the items you want to shop for, enter your shipping address and payment information and that is how you can place your order. If you need any assistance, give us a call at (+92) 305 3277571 Monday through Saturday.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation through email, call or whatsapp message from TCM, this mail/text will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.

DO YOU TAKE ORDERS OVER PHONE?

Yes. We do take orders over phone.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS READY TO BE SHIPPED?

As soon as your shoes have been handcrafted and are ready for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email, call or Whatsapp message notification providing you with your courier tracking details.

WHAT IS OUR DELIVERY TIME FRAME?

Our shoes are made to order and require approximately 10 – 12 working days to handcraft, plus an additional 4-7 working days for delivery depending on shipping address.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO ME?

Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER?

For local and international orders, we work with reputable courier services, and we deliver between 9 am-5 pm, Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.

HOW CAN I CALCULATE AN ESTIMATE ON THE DELIVERY COSTS?

Delivery rates vary based upon shipment type, destination and your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout. If you would like to check the amount for your delivery address before checking out, please contact us via email at customercare@thecanismajoris.com

For international orders; shipping and delivery are to be borne by the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Your order status is updated to you via emails and sms, at every step of the process. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched, we send you an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old sms for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order, you would receive a special update from TCM.

I GOT A CONFIRMATION CALL FOR MY ORDER. WHY IS THAT?

You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn't any change with your order.

WHAT IS OUR REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

TCM offers refunds and exchanges for items within 7 calendar days of receipt that meet our Refund and Exchange Policy.

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED?

Your item is applicable for a return if it falls within the following reasons:

- Sizing.

- Faulty item.

- Receiving the incorrect item.

CAN CUSTOMIZED SHOES BE REFUND OR EXCHANGED?

Customized shoes, shoes that have been engraved, visibly worn are not applicable to our refund and exchange policy. Due to the nature of customized shoes, we will not accept them for a refund unless they are faulty upon delivery.

CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.

I AM PLACING AN ORDER AS A GIFT TO MY LOVED ONE. WILL HE/SHE RECEIVE THE PRICE TAGS AND INVOICE?

On gift orders, a gift receipt can be generated along with your personalized message to be sent to the receiver.

CAN I USE A VOUCHER, GIFT CARD OR A PROMOTION CODE FOR MY ORDER?

Yes. When used according to its terms, a promotion code and/or voucher entitles the user to a one-time promotion/discount relating to the purchase of an individual product or to an order of more than one product during the period indicated with the relevant promotion code.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
